I’m having a hard time making a decision about my favorite season. For the longest time, I loved summer because it meant no school and lots of time with friends. When I came to college, summer meant working a job or two so fall became my favorite. Falls on campus are beautiful with all of the trees changing colors and lots of fun activities such as homecoming and football games. I love spring from the aspect of new flowers and a break from harsh winter weather, but as I wrote the things out that I love about each season, the qualities of winter came to mind so much more quickly. Here are some of my favorite things about each season:

Spring | flowers, refreshing after the cold of winter, sunshine and raindrops, spring cleaning, open windows, hockey

Summer | blue skies, sunshine, summer birthday, time at the lake, BBQs, outdoor concerts, swimming, picnics, baseball

Fall | football, smores, boots, layered clothes, leaves, pumpkin picking, tv shows, apple cider, wineries, crisp mornings, hockey

Winter | scarves, homemade cookies, fires, snow, holiday spirit, christmas decorations, snow days, black friday, family time, snuggling, new year’s resolutions, hockey
